Great location and staff, they have always been incredibly friendly & helpful. The place is always very clean and well-organized. I always look forward to visiting to get a new flavour or gear because the plaza has some other great stores/restaurants as well.

I purchased 2pack of berry blast pods I tried to use my credit card ( first purchase) I had to make a purchase to activate it. It did not go through so I paid cash. Got home later that day. Checked my account to find out card went through not happy so I went back the girl behind counter gameme a number to call I did. They told me to go back and prove that it went through. The man behind counter said. I would have to drive to Alliston. Not happy. If I have to go back I will make sure I have cash. Don’t trust man behind counter. The girl is very nice no problem with her.

Good store and staff. Not always a big selection. Of vape products. Only issue is location. I just kinda plan my trips so I don't have to deal with going left out of the plaza.
