Sarnia Vape Shop ON N7T 3W4

Purchased a vape from here and it was burnt or defective. From the first puff it tasted burnt and I called to see if they could do an exchange and they told me I'd have to go through the company themselves. I've had this happen with vapes in the past but all other vape shops I've purchased from have switched it out for me. Seems like an easy out to just direct the customer to the company instead of practicing good customer service and switching it out. I definitely don't agree with this policy as I've never had any other vape shop deny an exchange. I will not be going back.

5 stars deservingly These guys have such a variety, they have a new device "level X" that no other shop in town has yet, the other shops arnt even aware its a thing yet, when these guys already have them stocked!! called back the next day (today) and they already have more coming tomorrow

Lovely location, clean and bright atmosphere. Informative and helpful staff, very kind and helped me find the right product. Bindesh made interesting recommendations and hooked me up with best juice and helped me get the proper coil for my vape to ensure longevity. Definitely going to buy new device soon from here. Love this store.

Friendly with wide selection of product. I have bought many vapes here and have not had a single bad experience.

They got all the products and excellent customer service is cherry on the cake. Always worth coming back here.
