There's a woman who works here with long blonde hair and she is an absolutely amazing person to have behind the counter. She knows the product well and is absolutely hilarious. I walked out of that store genuinely full belly laughing because she is so funny. She has the art of conversation mastered and I would absolutely recommend going here, not only for the experience, but the prices! Their prices are way cheaper than other vape shops in town.

Refused me service. Single parents with toddlers can not shop here unless they want to leave their kids outside by themselves. Great store. *I wasn't arguing the laws, I was letting other parents know they can't go in. Yes, I'd like my children to hang out in your shop, that's exactly the issue. Give your head a shake. Idiot.

Bought a flavor beast fixx today. It didn't give me a single puff out of 3000. Called and asked if they could help and they told me to call the company. Was hoping they'd give me a replacement but they didn't bother. Edit: Location was behind shoppers drug Mart in Sarnia.

Was there today with my husband who needed a new device. Joel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Took his time showing us a few and explaining everything. Super nice guy. You have a great employee! So thank you. We will be back as a regular customer because of the great service.

Theres a guy there naned joel, terrible customer service, sold me a packnof pods and told me it wasn't a menthol flavor but when i git back and tried it it was mint flavor, i called back and asked maybe he gave me the wrong one and said he didn't know what tge flavor was he was just guessing, nit expectable..
