The technology behind disposable vapes has advanced at an incredibly rapid pace over the past few years. Disposable devices have been around for almost as long as vaping has existed, but the early disposables were nothing like the devices of today. Tiny and cigarette-shaped, the first disposable vapes weren’t popular because they weren’t satisfying enough and didn’t last long enough to justify their cost. Today, though, it’s safe to say that those problems definitely don’t apply to modern disposables. Devices like the Innokin Innobar 8000 deliver up to 8,000 puffs before running out of e-liquid and can last at least as long as an entire carton of cigarettes at a significantly lower cost.
The problem with high-capacity disposable vapes, though, is that they aren’t available everywhere. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, for example, a legal regulation called the Tobacco Products Directive limits any pre-filled vaping product with nicotine – such as a disposable vape – to a maximum e-liquid capacity of 2 ml. In regions that limit the capacities of vaping products, disposable vapes aren’t as affordable as they are elsewhere. If a disposable vape only holds 2 ml of e-liquid, you’ll need to replace it after just a day or two of use. That’s not a very affordable way to vape.
Do you want to experience the convenience of disposable vapes at a much lower cost? Here at Innokin, we’ve invented the solution: the first refillable disposable vape. Like any other disposable vape, the Innokin Endura S1 is fully charged and ready to use as soon as you remove it from the package. Unlike traditional disposables, though, you don’t have to dispose of the Endura S1 when it runs out of e-liquid. Instead, you can continue refilling the device over and over.
Using a refillable disposable vape has the potential to change your experience forever. Reading this article, you’re going to learn everything you need to know.
The Innokin Endura S1 is the first refillable disposable vape. As simple as a traditional disposable vape but much longer lasting, the Endura S1 lasts thousands of puffs but requires no tedious and messy coil changes like other refillable vapes. View it now.
How Does a Refillable Disposable Vape Work?
A refillable disposable vape works much the same as a traditional disposable vape in that the battery is fully charged at the factory, and the device is ready to use as soon as you buy it. The difference is that a refillable device like the Endura S1 doesn’t come pre-filled with e-liquid. You need to fill the device yourself before you can begin using it. The benefit of refillable disposable vapes compared to traditional disposables, though, is that you can refill the device when it runs out of e-liquid. That’s not possible with a traditional disposable vape, and it means that as long as you’re happy with the flavor quality, you can continue using the same device for as long as you like. With a coil-friendly vape juice, the Endura S1 typically lasts up to 7,000 puffs.
How to Use a Refillable Disposable Vape
To use a refillable disposable vape, you simply need to remove the device from its package and fill the built-in tank with e-liquid. In the case of the Endura S1, you’ll find the filling port on the side of the device. Lift the port’s cover with your fingernail and add e-liquid until the pod is nearly full. Close the cover completely and wait at least five minutes before vaping if you’re filling a new device for the first time.
As you use your device, keep an eye on the level of e-liquid in the tank. When the e-liquid is below the wick openings on the side of the coil, it’s time to refill the tank. In addition, you’ll need to recharge your device if the light blinks when you try to vape.
When Is It Time to Replace a Refillable Disposable Vape?
You can continue using a refillable disposable vape indefinitely as long as you’re happy with the device’s flavor. As we mentioned earlier in the article, the Innokin Endura S1 typically lasts up to about 7,000 puffs if it’s used with coil-friendly e-liquid. We’ll discuss that in greater detail shortly. As you use your device, residue from your vape juice will slowly collect on the heating coil. Over time, the residue will cause the device to produce a burnt flavor. The burnt taste will take a while to build up, but eventually it’ll begin to cover the flavor of your e-liquid. When you find that your vaping experience is no longer enjoyable because the flavor isn’t as good as it used to be, it’s time for a new device.
How to Make a Refillable Disposable Vape Last Longer
A refillable disposable vape can last significantly longer than a traditional disposable device, but you have to take good care of the device if you want it to last as long as it possibly can. Follow these four rules to make a refillable disposable vape last longer.
- Always wait at least five minutes before vaping after filling a new device for the first time. The atomizer coil in your device has a cotton wick – and if the cotton isn’t completely wet when you use the device, it can burn. If your device’s wick burns, the flavor will be ruined forever. Waiting a few minutes after filling the device helps to ensure that the wick will be fully saturated.
- After puffing on your device, wait several seconds before puffing again. Waiting between puffs gives the wick a moment to absorb more e-liquid from the tank.
- Always refill your device promptly when the level of e-liquid in the tank is below the wick openings on the side of the coil. If the vape juice is below the openings, it can’t absorb into the wick. The wick will eventually dry out and could burn as a result.
- Use unsweetened e-liquid to preserve the life of your device’s coil. Sweetened e-liquid contains sucralose, which doesn’t vaporize cleanly and leaves residue on the surface of a coil. The residue eventually becomes so thick that it prevents e-liquid from reaching the coil, creating a burnt flavor in the process. When the burnt flavor becomes so harsh that you no longer enjoy using the device, it’s time to buy a new device. All e-liquid flavors can leave some residue on a vape coil, but sucralose is the ingredient that shortens coil life the most. If you use unsweetened e-liquid with your refillable disposable vape, the device will last significantly longer.
